even though Xylocaine is LEGAL..... it is illegal if you take it within 7 days of the actual fight..., so it would be illegal if he took it today...
but if he took it 8 days ago (even if we dont agree with it or not) it would be perfectly legal.

Why would anyone take a painkiller weeks/months before the symptom appears? Dont you take medicine/painkillers when you actually gets symptoms or right before a work out?
