You know I just asked about Tua today as well. I remembered he spanked Ruiz. What I forgot is that sadly Ruiz is a Champion. I think he is in the mix, not because he is great. But because of the embarrassment that is the HW division.

He is not top 10, or top 20. He is horrible because he always comes in out of shape and looked bad in all of his recent fights, even ones vs nobodies.
