    Tyson goes out with Class

Okay so we all know that Tysons last fight was pretty terrible. A once great champ goes out to a no name loser like McBride. However, I was really impressed with Tyson's demanor afterwards. He didn't make any excuses and treated everyone with suprising respect. Maybe this "kinder" Tyson was part of his reason for losing, but to me it felt really good to see him finally show some class. Yeah, he quit but at least he admitted that he lost his heart of the game. This doesn't make him a coward or heartless in my eyes. He is just burnt out. It happens to the best of us. I really hope he can find something that allows him time to spend with his family and such. Good luck Iron Mike. It's been a fun ride.

I agree with you completley, but most will come to thread and redicule Tyson. Be prepared....for the haters...

He said after the fight, "I'm not an animal no more." He lost his aggressive nature. His swarming peek a boo style requires an animal to be sucessful. I think his calm laid back new additude killed him as a boxer, but made him a better person for society.

I agree with this statement. I'm glad that he's a better person in the end. Besides, he lives in Scottsdale Arizona. That's only a few miles from my town. I don't want him to attack me if i try to shaek his hand.

Tyson has some of the most boxing smarts I have ever heard. On an HBO card, Tyson appeared and this was right after Max Schmelling died and he talked on and on about Schmelling and some of his great fights which showed how much of a student of the game he is. Roy Jones jr, on the other hand, basically repeated everything Tyson said as if he knew what he was talking about. Tyson would make a good boxing analyst just not on television, he knows a lot about the sport.
