If youtube snippets is the closest thing to evidence of Pacquiao taking PEDs for all this time, it's WEAK!!!

It also shows a doctor taking Pac's blood for tests, if that doctor didn't find drugs during that test...I dunno....maybe that doctor is under Arum's payroll or Pacquiao is clean.

I just can't believe how a guy from a third world country for years now has evaded leaving an iota of evidence that he's taking PEDs!!! Meanwhile, he has never, EVER failed a drug test.

You don't need to be caught to be guilty. But to be guilty of something, you need evidence. In Pacquiao's case, there is inference, but there is no shred of any evidence whatsoever.
