He held three of the belts at LW before the Campbell fight and was the undisputed LW champ, gimme a break. You don't become an undisputed champion at LW if you are not "world class" or "elite" as you put it.
He has two wins over two opponents that were either not great or not as good as ppl thought they were and this made him look better than he really ever was.
I guess Jan Zaveck is world class and elite too because he has a world title.
