Those are the facts as I see them. Tell me where I went wrong here.

And I would also like answer to my previous questions by the way. Its honest boxing talk you shouldn't try to dodge the questions.
You guys kill me when ya'll say he fought Ricky at the wrong weight, here's why.

        1) When they BOTH were at 140, Hatton was reportedly, "not ready"

        2) Floyd had just fought Oscar at 154, so he wasn't going to go ALL the way back down to 140 to fight a guy that "wasn't ready for him" at that weight. Like Oscar made Floyd come to 154...like Hatton made Manny come to 140...Floyd made Hatton come to 147..what's the fuss?

        3) Ricky and his trainer, WANTED to fight Mayweather at 147.

your doing what you just accused burner of doing either were discussing age vs prime or who floyd supposedly ducked, besides you should be asking me why didn't he fight cotto instead of worrying about a dude hitting people with plaster.

that's not what he said, please read again. he was talking about fighters that looked better at 29 than they did at 36. NOT comparing different fighters at different ages.

bat said name one fighter that looked better at 36 than 29. i said bhop. sergio isn't 36 yet. BUT, when he is he will be another one, but your yuri foreman line was just plain dumb.

it isn't dumb this thread is about fighters floyd fought that is considered older isn't it?

no what was dumb was his question we can't go back in time and have floyd fight a 29 yr old shane now can we?

either were going to deal with the here an now or were going to build a time machine so we can see fighters fight at the age we would like for them too.

also would shane get more credit for beating a younger berto or a 33 yr old floyd mayweather?
