Hasegawa was winning the fight. he got hit with some good shots. he should have taken a knee but he didnt and lost the fight. Too much pride I guess.Comment

Hasegawa is a very skilled fighter. He was leading at the time of the stoppage IMO.
However, as I said before the fight, Hasegawa hadn't really fought a top fighter since 2005 and that all the P4P talk may have been a bit premature.

Those two lefts by Montiel were lethal and then he got caught on the ropes, after that it got ugly. I had Hasegawa up after the first three but what a dramatic turnaround for Montiel. He was definitley starting to look a bit better in the third thoughComment
