to me Shane fights for all the right reasons, boxes with offense and to entertain and has spirit of a true champ and real competitor who will take on anyone anywhere.

Floyd is a skilled boxer, but although his defense is almost complete you don't win with defense all the time, and pot shotting with defense mostly wins him fights, but he doesn't dominate, think of how many rounds hes lost in his career against top guys?.

He mostly gets lucky on the other guy gassing out and getting frustrated,or being smaller, with less reach so floyd can control the range and not be out powered.

And truth be told he is defeated by castillo in the 1st fight(injury or not,he lost that fight)

im sure floyd would be living rich and happy without pretending and acting like a bad boy gangster type of person. So when hes fighting now and when he retires when people give him agro about him avoiding guys and fighting small men from lower weight divisions ect will he be glad he was a smart business man but not as great of a competitor as he could have been?

lets hope, i think shane will ud him because once floyd tastes some of shanes buzz and realizes he cant deter him with his pot shots floyd will be on that bicycle...

if shane wins this we will have a shane and pac fight before the end of the year, floyd vs pac will never happen, never.

shane pac would be a war.

i think shane takes 8 rounds against floyd......

I agree. The "0" he's boasting is just on the paper. In reality, Floyd was already beaten.

Defence doesn't win the fight! if gayweather can't handle the power and speed of mosley the more she can't handle the speed and power of manny pacquiao....

Floyd will technically break Mosley down and win a tough fight that Pac wont even be able to give him. An a Aggressive, come forward style from a smaller guy wont beat Mayweather.

As I've been saying Mosley will bring out the best in Mayweather and it will be his toughest fight. The "even playing field" of the "much smaller man" in Pac wont even be able to do what Mosley will do which wont be enough to get his hand raised tomorrow night. Pac plays into Mayweather's game.

May 1st will be a great fight, Mosley is a beast but its all Mayweather by a decision.

yo not for nothin but why does hbo let these promoters put 2gether ****ty ass undercards for the ppv events and then give us 2 good quality fights on a free bad or wcb event? last week arreola vs adamek and angulo vs julio, not great but pretty good. the week b4 bute kos miranda in stunnin fashion and we see boxing history as maravilla wins the middleweight crown. take that and think about the $50 you spent for the pacquiao vs clottey, the undercard was horrible and then the mainevent was enough worst. no fault 2 manny, clottey disgraced himself with his performance. or should i say lack of performance. now floyd vs shane with a pathetic undercard put 2 gether again.

The historical Boxing match is upon us. May the best man win. I like and have followed both men throughout their respective careers and I am truely blessed to be able to see such an event. I see a lot of people not just here on Boxing scene but at work and on T.V. have picked Shane to beat Floyd. The Vegas odds are not reflecting what the average joe, as well as Boxing insiders take on this scrap. I honestly really feel that it will be Mayweather(and I know to some of ya'll I'll be really reaching to say this......but) by late stoppage, but if it goes to the score cards I don't see Floyd running away with a victory, it'll be a very close bout if it goes the distance. Good luck to Shane as he is a true fighter, but my money's on Floyd. Shane is going to bring out the best that we've ever seen from Floyd Mayweather Jr.
