I really cant stand what he has become since leaving the lower weight divisions, I actually used to be one of his fans, but he is damn near impossible to hit clean. Who is the hardest puncher to ever land clean on him, and how do they stack up against SSM?
Who the hardest puncher to ever land clean on Floyd

Zab hit him pretty good with a straight left I think if I remember correctly that seemed to have phased him. Castillio I think hit him the most but Im not sure if he hit him as hard as zab. -

So let me get this straight, youre not a fan of Floyd anymore because he gets hit less.Comment

I stand by Zab but compared to if Shane hits him clean their's almost no comparison. If Shane lands that same kind of clean punch, we will see Mayweather take his first knockdown. Shane hits pretty freakin hard. I'm actually counting on him landing a pretty decent shot to at least give us Floyd's first knockdown.Comment

I'd say Emanuel Augustus (aka Burton). The guy broke Floyd's nose in their fight. I wouldn't say he's the hardest puncher but it was the hardest punch Floyd took to the face.Comment

NO! Floyd never did get hit much. I was a Floyd fan at the lower weights because he fought all the top talent in those classes. When he moved to 140 and up I thought he would do the same, and I was looking forward to it. When he moved to 140 he fought Bruseles, not so much of a problem with fighting a chump your first fight at a higher weight class. The problem is after that he fought a very limited fighter in Gatti and totally skipped Hatton at 140. At 147 he fought Judah, good match, but he also fought Baldimir, the only reason Baldimir was a champ is that Judah looked past him and got surprised. Hatton and JMM moved up to 147 to fight Floyd, he should have been fighting other top talent already at 147, such as Cotto, Marg, etc. And he WAS GOING TO DO IT AGAIN!! He was going to fight either Nate Campbell, who only had one fight above 135, or Matthew Hatton, and who the hell is he? The only reason he is fighting Shane now is because a natural disaster caused Shane's opponent to drop out, and Mayweather was left with no excuses and a bigger payday.Comment
