I just finished installing an instant messenger system for the BoxingScene forums.
You will now be able to speak with your friends, in a AOL/Yahoo like instant messenger. You create your buddylists via the User CP's Buddy option.
***NOTE***: In order to instant message another user, both of you have to launch the messenger system, meaning that both you need to have it up and running running.
***NOTE 2***: You must turn off your popup blocker in order for instant messages to pop up on your screen. The system can bypass some popup blockers, but not all.
The system is still in Beta testing, tested with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Mozilla.
