If Mayweather v Mosley does over 1.6m buys I doubt Pacquiao's promotion team/lawyers will be too hung up on 50% as they obviously wouldn't deserve it. However, I could see Mayweather agreeing to 50% if Pacquiao concedes to take the Olympic style testing and maybe drops his $10m-per-pound-over-weight penalty.

Mayweather desperately wants the fight, and Pacquiao appears to as well (Roach too) so I think they'll find some compromise eventually. I think Pacquiao will fight Margarito first though.

As a betting man here in Vegas.... The smart money is Mosley by KO bc the pay out is huge.... Plus that's his only way of winning in my eyes....
