I only read the first sentence. This is opinion. You fail.

Here is some facts for you.

      11/18/2006
      Pacquiao-Morales 3: Official weigh-in: 129- Fight night: 144

      10/06/2007
      Pacquiao-Barrera 2: Official weigh-in: 130- Fight night: 144

      06/15/2008
      Pacquiao-Marquez 2: Official weigh-in: 130- Fight night: 145

      06/28/2008
      Pacquiao-Diaz: Official weigh-in: 135- Fight night: 147

      12/06/2008:
Pacquiao- De La Hoya: Official weigh-in: 142- Fight night: 148

      05/02/2009:
      Pacquiao-Hatton: Official weigh-in: 138- Fight night: 148

      11/14/2009:
      Pacquiao-Cotto: Official weigh-in: 144- Fight night: unknown

Technically he has not went "UP" in weight. But he has went "UP" in weight in terms of the division he fights in. As of right now. Pacquiao is fighting at his natural weight. You could argue that he has gained 3 pounds though.

Again why wont Pac allow this, its simple, if youre not hiding anything take the random tests. Before the fight he has to be tested for disease anyway, since he says he hates needles, which is a lie, seeing all the tattoos, if he has to get a shot to check for diseases he can take the tests for drugs also.

Duh I mean weight classes, he has to make the weight, youre missing the point, you lose power when you go up in weight, Pac has just about KO'ed everybody while going up in weigh class, he wasnt even doing that in the lower weights.

In the lower weights he hydrated to his natural weight in water. Now, he's not cutting water to make weight, yet looks just as ripped as he did at 130.

He put on at least 12lbs of muscle since his controversial decision against Marquez.
