There are PED's that can get out of your system hourly. I can't find that article, but a doctor did mention it. It's pointless not to have it randomly. I don't think the USADA would agree with neither sides cutoff dates, not that Floyd need it. If i remembered correctly, the USADA did stated that they wouldn't test neither fighters 48 hours before the bout, if i'm wrong, then i'm wrong, but i did recalled they said it.

If you could, you would suck Mayweather's nuts right after he was finished training, right?

Bottom line, pacquaio has beaten guys that already had blueprints on them on how to beat them. Pacquaio rejected Mosley's offer twice. All of a sudden, after the Clottey fight, they're in the ring talking about fighting mosley. Know why? Because mosley went on record and said he wouldnt ask for O.S.T. Team Pacquiao is full of ****.
There is not many undefeated boxers around pacquiaos weight. Cotto was ranked #2 and and Hatton was #1, I believe Marquez was number one contender, and how could you argue with Morales and Barrera because Pacquiao always came in as the underdog. He beat #2 cotto which made him number 2. Mosley #1 signed with Mayweather #3 so who was the next highest ranked fighter......Clottey. How is it Pacs fault that none of them were undefeated? Only undefeated fighter is May and he does not run boxing. In 40 fights he never asked for it. If he can convince NSAC to start Olympic style testing they will do it until then damn that. Remember its the NSAC not the Mayweather State Athletic Commision. And dont try to say he could have fought Valero because the last 5 fighters Valero fought are nothing compared to Pacquiaos last 9. Valero wasn't ready yet.

I agree, who made it the best out there and the only option?....Its only used in one place (the Olympics) and is only used once every 4 years.

The other times, other private companies do the test for all the other sports

So USADA only tests like 1% of athlete and several have also slipped through their testing, so whos says its the best and why?

well, that's pretty interesting being that Pacquiao is a huge draw himself and basically a god in his home country. Pacquiao will never be a desperate man begging for money (not any time soon anyways).

The difference here is pac can continue to fight pretty much anyone, make very good money and be the god-like figure he is back home, whether he's a politician or just a celebrity.

Hence the problem we've always had - two fighters who are the two biggest names in boxing with two different demands, neither really budging to far from the original stance and neither, from what I can gather will give into the other side.

Thus a negotiation like this is imo the only solution. Gotta meet in the middle.
