Over the next few days, during the final presser and into the weigh-in, you will see Floyd's demeanor change. He will become much more placid and serene. Even tentative. Some novices read that as him being nervous, and his haters always think that it is him getting scared close to the fight.

It is actually Floyd calming himself down to get into the fight mindset. Analytical, calm, dispassionate. Since he is a thinking man's fighter, he brings a different mental approach into the fight.

I'm merely telling you this so that when you see the posts and threads about how "scared" Floyd was at the presser or at the weigh-in, you know who the n00bs are.

Michael Spinks was not confident against Tyson, I thought Roy Jones got shook in the rematch with Tarver. And, there are other examples when other elites have not been confident or lost their confidence. But, Floyd arrogance will not allow him to be un-confident.
