Now this is just word around Tijuana... There's not like something which makes it seem that it was 100% true.

The only reason I believe it is because my cunado knows a lot of people in TJ and was real homies with Hank the mayor of Tijuana (Most believe he was the one that supplied everything).

It could all be a rumor or it can be true.

The Martinez fight could happen, him and DiBella said they want that fight, I don't know why Pavlik would want a rematch, he would get cut the same way again or even worse, but then again he's got that rematch clause and said he wants a crack at it again so we shall see. A fight with Pac would bring in the most money but a second fight with Cotto would do so as well since there's that whole scandal and history behind it. As much as people rag and **** on Tony the man is lucky to have his name being thrown around like this after all of that **** that happened.
