Depends on what you're looking for in a boxing book... I'm pretty harsh/critical, but i'd give it 8.5, its a little dated but its short, its an entertaining read if you're looking for something with an instructional flavor, its written with Ye 'olde American English, so sometimes it gets a little "what the **** is he saying" but i enjoyed it quite a bit.
Name some great boxing books you have read

The problem I had with the book was that Teddy was trying to come across as a badass, I wasnt sure what to make of that. His history with tyson was fascianting for me as a big Tyson fan. Moorer is a headcase and from the looks of things he still is. Cutting his legs with blades so he doesnt have to train, lolComment

Battling Siki: A Tale of Ring Fixes, Race, and Murder in the 1920s
by Peter Benson
This book is written awesome about a guy that lived a truely extraordinary and pecular life. Battling Siki was the First Champion from Africa. Won the highest military honors while serving in the French Army in WW I. Then he knocked Carpentier out cold and his life got whole lot weider after that. Awesome book.Comment
