Oh and that jab to the body is just as effective as the one to the head. As a matter of fact the one to the body takes energy from your opponents and opponents hate being jabbed to the body as it knocks the wind out of them and slows them down. This is very effective against aggressive fighters to keep them honest and off balanced try again.
