Manny Pacquiao = A fraud inside and outside the ring

This guy is a disgrace to boxing for the following reasons...

1. He continues to call himself the best despite ducking all of the top competiton, Instead electing to cherry pick either weight drained or past prime fighters.

2. He admits to cheating on his wife on several occassions

3. He demands huge weight penalties for no reason

4. He refuses to be randomly drug tested and then claims it's Floyd Mayweather's fault. HE REFUSED THE TEST NOT FLOYD
