Why is Andre Ward so overrated?

Ward looks good but I think Dirrell is underrated. People say he can't punch, is a ***** and has a weak chin lol. He weren't too scared to mix it up with AA at times and put him on his bum.

Dirrel has skills no doubt, its his behaviour in the ring (see Froch fight) that a lot of people have a problem with

when you train day in and day out with your hands down and use your footwork as your main defence, your instincts will be to move when someone is throwing, not to put your hands up
no one would be calling dirrell a ***** if he just kept his hands up infront of his opponents blocking shots like arthur instead of using his foot movement, when in reality they have a very similar approach, neither is throwing, they are just in the defensive, only one has his hands up, the other has them down and is manuevering

Thats not what I meant, its his behaviour in the ring look at the froch fight:

Falling on the floor to avoid exchanges
Clinching to avoid exhanges
Running to avoid exchanges
Bending below the waist to avoid exchanges
Constantly complaining to the ref

Its these kind of things which turn a lot of people off him

Very talented though, I was very impressed with him in the AA fight

ward was floored against darnell boone and ran for the remainder of the fight, winning a very close decision
was running against derrick findley to a boring decision with alot of holding and preventing findley from punching(a guy dirrell destroyed and stopped)
i never seen the kenny kost fight, but i doubt he destroyed him like dirrell
he also has pretty much no power, i dont think he has ever gotten a legit KO(kept the guy down for the ten count)

the guy is getting unbelievably overrated because of a win over mikkel kessler, who in all fairness would probabley end up getting more ****ed up against dirrell who opens up cuts on alot of fighters faces with punches(not headbutts)

the sooner you realise dirrell is the future, the more money you will earn in bets

you know nothing about boxing if you think that Ward is overrant. Ward is much better than Dirrell, Dirrell undoubtedly has better physical condition, but Ward is far more talented and intelligent at top of ring. Besides, you talk that Dirrell won easily rivals that it was difficult to Ward, but Ward win easily against Kessler who beat Froch, who beat Dirrell.

Dirrell is far more overrated than Ward. Dirrell was dropped by a nobody to and ran from Stevens, a guy who Jesse ***in Brinkley battered.
