its 8oz thats been established for some time. and u r reaching...show me an example of when floyd asked for 10oz glozes in any fight. in both fights he wore 10oz gloves it was the opponents that requested them...bigg as odlh wanted 10oz gloves and so did hatton. floyd likes the 8oz gloves, it suits his speed and accuracy punching and his punches come off much crisper...hes even said it numerous times. have u been following boxing at all in the past decade or so??

It's a matter of say something over and over again dumb people will just accept it as true. lol this rumor has always confused me. I think it started because floyd wore the larger gloves that have more cushion but still weigh 8oz in a couple fights and people ran with that maybe??? i dont know but guys floyd has always preferred 8oz gloves though and thats not a secret.
