Roach believes firmly on speed beats anything, just look at roach over the years, he has said 1000000 times that speed kills and truly believes that. therefore, he picked the quickest boxer in the mayweather and mosley fight as the winner
steward obv believes in a different principle so he see's them even, i aint sure who is right but what i will say is both have good reasons to say what they are saying
Emmanuel: "Mayweather vs Mosley is a Dead Even Fight"
Freddie: "Mayweather is too fast, he'll beat Mosley"
I think freddie
Manny steward is very good at reading how a fight is going once it is happening. He normally can see how the fight might turn out after a few rounds, where it is not very obvious to everyone else...thats why I am always interested to listen what he has to say.
Roach is right and speed does kill. I will also say that while I don't discredit this fight if Mayweather does win, it's not a prime Mosley he is facing.
We have to acknowledge that Mosley is 38 years old, that's not something to ignore.
I understand Floyd is 33 but he's a very fresh 33. He hasn't been in the wars that Mosley has been in and is still in his prime, he's peaking right now.
Mosley is still dangerous and a tough fighter, especially is we get the super sharp Mosley we got vs Margarito.

i'm leaning towards the emanuel steward outlook on the fight and i feel like manny knows that this fight is crucial for both of these boxers and i think he knows that shane mosley would love nothing better than to shut up the pretty boy and get his best win in his career and play spoiler to mayweather vs pacquaio superfight sweepstakes
Roach is right. Steward just wants to hype up the fight so that PPV will sell more. Remember Steward is working for HBO.
Yeah, but it's not Emanual Steward's job to promote the fight. I think that's his honest opinion. What's so bad about thinking this is a close fight? I can see the fight panning out either way TBH. I'm leaning toward Mayweather but I think Shane can win if he fights the right fight.
