Faster- Pacquiao or Mayweather?

My friend and I were discussing this the other day in the car. He really feels Pac is faster and quicker to the punch...i don't agree at all.

pac is faster than floyd. believe it.

floyd landed 1 punch per encounter w/ hatton.

pac landed 3-5 punch combos per encounter w/ hatton.

Footspeed; Mayweather

I think what gives Mayweather more of an edge is his reaction time, he can dodge a punch, hit you, and dodge another punch in one fluid motion.

i have to disagree with the footspeed.

Floyds footspeed is only superior on the retreat.
