Floyd has quicker reflexes. Pac is faster and stronger.
Punch for punch, Pac gobbles floyd.

I think what gives Mayweather more of an edge is his reaction time, he can dodge a punch, hit you, and dodge another punch in one fluid motion.
i have to disagree with the footspeed.
Floyds footspeed is only superior on the retreat.
