Coming off the back to back losses to Winky in 2004, which clearly winky just had his number, he takes on David estrada and decisions him in 2005. I dont know about you but Sugar clearly won but didnt look great doing so. I started having doubts than whether or not he still had.

In early 2006 and summer of 2006 he gave Vargas two old fashioned ass whoopings, which it looked like he was starting to pick up steam again.

Than in 2007, he vowed to move back down to 147 (where all the money was) and he took on Collazo. Luis is a tough fight for anyone and decisioned him. I'm not taking anything away from this fight because Collazo would be a tough out for packy and floyd as well. Not saying he would beat them but I dont think they would beat the snot out of him or even look good doing so.

Fall 2007 he got his shot against the undefeated Cotto, who was slowly becoming the darling of boxing (this was before packy beat oscar). The picking was right and if he wins here, the skys the limit (Mayweather, Oscar, Hatton). But instead he was outpointed by a slower come forward type fighter. Now you can claim that Cotto was primed and this fight was before he got beat the hell out of with a brick, but he came up short in a close fight IMO.

Almost a full year later he takes on Mayorga and KO's him in final seconds of the fight. Although Mosley was up on all 3 judges scorecards. It was a closer fight than it looked.

Finally we get to the Margacheato fight, thankfully Brother Richardson found the bricks in the cheating bastards gloves or Sugar could of seriously been hurt. I dont care what anyone says but there is not a doubt in my mind that this **** sucker cheated against cotto and ruined him (another story, a different time).

Im not taking anything away from this win, but seriously though. How much did the Cotto war take out of Marge?? i think more than we think.

By about the third round, Mosley figured out Marges pattern and tee'd off on him. I felt as if I was watching the same 30 second replay for 6 rounds because Mosley just kept doing the same thing and Marge would not change.

Now looking back just this last 6 years, if you really think Mosley has more than a punchers chance against the most skilled fighter of our era, I'm not going to say you are foolish or in denial. I love the fact you are standing by your fighter and you have hope! Good Luck and Lets Get Ready 2 RUMBBBLLEEE!
Shane got this fight and the berto fight because he destroyed Margarito. For me, its tough to accurately rate Margarito because he got caught cheating. If he doesn't cheat does he beat cotto? come back against pwill? beat cintron twice?

I honestly think Margarito is an overrated chaeting bum! I'm glkad Shane beat that a$$. That said, maybe we all are over rating Margarito and what a victory over him means.

Its not a big fight, its just well hyped. Its about time Floyd is fighting a legitimate welter and hope Floyd will not be running this time.

Turn the volume down cause the commentators are very bias.Outbox come on if you know boxing you know mosley was not outboxed by Cotto.Hoem cook meal if I ever saw one.Oh and Letterman had Cotto up by 1 at the start of the 10.

years of life isnt the same as boxers age.

mosley hasn't taken much punishment in his career and always stays in great shape and looks after himself,he gives out the punishment!.

age is irrelevant in this fight, its all skills, will and determination to win.

all the fights where u can say shane looks old or didnt box well i put down to little to no real help that shane needed to prepare and tactically fight once in the ring, his dad used shane to make himself feel like a success towards the end"he got his "glory".

u can see inbetween rounds shane being told one thing and saying something back to disagree with his dad,his expression is one of total lack of belief or faith in what hes being told to do in his fights.

its mostly just been purely shanes skills and natural ability to adjust and find a way to win.

I didnt say it wasnt a close fight bud, I thought Cotto did enough though to get the nod. Cotto controlled the ring and the action therefore he got the nod. Theres more than scoring a fight than punchstats. You have your opinion and I have mine. I'm not knocking you, but in my eyes Cotto won the fight

hard to get up for a david estrada fight, ho hum fight but not as hohum. as floyd looked vs baldo

In early 2006 and summer of 2006 he gave Vargas two old fashioned ass whoopings, which it looked like he was starting to pick up steam again.

Now you can claim that Cotto was primed and this fight was before he got beat the hell out of with a brick, but he came up short in a close fight IMO. this was an extremly close fight and i thin shane won the second half of the fight by a few points

Almost a full year later he takes on Mayorga and KO's him in final seconds of the fight. Although Mosley was up on all 3 judges scorecards. It was a closer fight than it looked.mayorga fought a pretty good fight, awkward and respected shane's power all fight

Finally we get to the Margacheato fight, thankfully Brother Richardson found the bricks in the cheating bastards gloves or Sugar could of seriously been hurt. Good Luck and Lets Get Ready 2 RUMBBBLLEEE! i really don't want to do it again, but keep it up and you may have me embarrass you by reviewing/critiquing the last 7 years of floyd's career, LOL!!!! Good luck to you and your boy too.[/QUOTE]

True that there is IMO Cotto was running not even thinking about tryin to finish his man. That's why I gave the fight to Mosley but it was a close fight so I can't be mad at you giving the fight to Cotto(Even tho you are the same guy who had Marga's in the fight against Shane lol). What i put that up for was for the people who say Shane was outboxed by Cotto that's total B.S.
