best fighter in the last 30 years

So I have only seen live fights on tv in the 80s 90s and this past decade. I have seen a lot of great fighters. Leonard was voted fighter of the 80s, jones jr of the 90s and pacquio this past decade. I think roy jones has tarnished his career. My top 5 of the past 30 years in order is. 1. Leonard 2. Chavez 3. Pacquio 4. Hagler 5. Mayweather. I thought about lennox lewis, roy jones but couldn't do. It

Pernell whitaker is a great choice but not best trinidad and de la hoya beat him. Floyd could be there with wins over mosley, pacquio and williams but not as of now

Although Jones still showed flashes of his brilliance after the 2nd Tarver fight, he was essentially finished, as the dazzling Superman. After all, he was at least 35, and had toyed with all his opponents for the 10-12 years before that, being the No. 1 lb4lb far longer than anyone else. This is not generally realised.

            So.....for me..... Roy Jones Jr.
