Before the outcome of May 1st, Pacquiao has officially made a statement that he will not fight Mayweather should he win.
I believe he will continue to demand outrageous and ****** ideas, should he beat Mosley, only to mess me up and not actually fight me,” - Manny Pacquiao
Translation, "I hope Mosley beats him, because if Mayweather wins I'll be forced to come up with more excuses to refuse a $40M drug test"
Pacquiao puts on a fake act to assure his fans that Mayweather is scared, despite Pacquaio himself turning down the fight and instructing Bob Arum to cancel negotiations. He then guarantees his fans that he will fight again, despite winning the election. Translation, "Vote for me, I promise I won't retire". Pacquiao knows everyone who is a fan of his voted against him in his past attempts at running for congress to make sure he doesn't retire.
With one article, Pacquiao has told his fans he will not fight Mayweather if he beats Mosley, and is trying to pickup votes by assuring them that he will fight 3 more bums after "Mayweather makes more excuses" to duck the fight that Pacquiao will refuse... Something that only makes sense in Pacland.
