Floyd wanted that test because he knows that Manny psychologically lost that fight against Morales, blaming it on "taking blood" away from him too close to the fight.

Manny charged Floyd $10 mill because he supposedly cheat Marquez on the scales.

They both were guilty of something and they both cherry pick. I do think Floyd has faced more dynamic opponents and has better skills.
