Will they make 'Tyson: The Movie'

If/when they do a big-budget Tyson flick, it would do pretty well at the box office, IMO. Foxx is a good choice, better than any other A-list actor. It would have to be at least 3 hours though, considering the upbringing, rise to stardom, Cus, then the title win, Robin Givens, Mitch Green, the **** case, the prison term, the release and 1st comeback, the Holyfield saga, going back to prison, the 2nd comeback, the Lewis fight, etc. etc. etc. How could they abridge that into 2hrs for a biopic? It'd better be 3+ hours of intense drama.
This is definitely a case of truth being stranger than fiction, I don't think any movie could do this man justice.Comment

Well, according to IMDB.com, Ali was 2 hrs, 39 minutes, but that is a decent job of abridgement. A Tyson movie would also have to be at least that long.Comment

only problem would be they would have to go over like 4 hours just to include everything that has happened in his life from the **** to the ear to tokyo to williams to mcbrideComment

I don't know about Jamie as Tyson, he is a great actor and all-- but he is not that big (as in wide and strong) and while he could hit the gym, Tyson is huge and that would be quite a task. Secondly, Jamie just seems too... nice, I guess is the word. I want somebody who has a little more of an angry presence to play Tyson. I am going to dwell on who I would prefer and then make a suggestion.Comment
