I think its more slower hand speed then anything, sure the guy doesn't look the most agile and is no Mayweather/Whitaker etc but he looked more skilled in there then Kessler last weekend imo. It's just his awkward style and slow speed which make people think he has no skill.

i gotta admit, froch showed some technical skill, but technical skill wasn't gonna win him a fight against kessler in denmark. he needed to come out brawling.

actually, I don't know... Maybe it would have been his downfall if Froch elected to come forward against Kessler, he's so wide open, Taylor was cracking him with virtually everything he threw/countered with when Froch was on the attack

I thought he did better than I would have expected fighting off the back foot and using his jab

Kessler-Froch was a close fight, some people claiming it could have gone either way.

Taylor shut Froch out on all judges cards.

Taylor was boxing and countering. Kessler was chasing and getting hit a lot.

It is for you to debate.
            I thought Taylor got KTFO?

I agree. Staying at a distance and just sticking out his long arm worked for him. It's pretty much all he did. Stick out arm and hope that Kessler runs into it when he comes in. And Kessler did run into it. But no real skill involved.

Kessler also mentioned the long reach as someting which surprised him.

Kessler Lasted The entire 12 Rounds and cut froch as well..here are the differences...

Kessler 1) Beat Froch 2) Lasted 12 Rounds 3) Didnt get Knocked Down..

Taylor 1) Lost To Froch 2) Got Stopped in the 12th Round 3) Did Get Knocked Down..

if your talkin about offence taylor probably did a little bit better... apart from that case closed

everybody knows Taylor lost that fight only because of his poor stamina
he did better offensively and defensively (up to the 12th)
