Doug truly hate Mayweather and that stemmed from the way Mayweather talked to him when he (Doug) picked Gennaro Hernandez to beat him, Mayweather was "Upset" that doug would think Hernandez would beat him and while they were doing an interview (Round-table) he brush Doug fischer off which made doug into a certified hater.

But Doug truly believe in his heart that Mosley would beat Mayweather, He has state his reason and how the styles/weight would make Mosley the favourite and i respect that.
