My guess would be that he got to the top the hard way with hard work and training and he feels that a guy like Pac who is also at the top couldve got there by cheating. He looks at it like a slap in the face because hes been throwing jabs before he could walk. He prides himself on his training and work ethic and he thinks Pac took a short cut and cheated the game.
