Shattered Jaw, get off Froch's balls already. Seriously. Kessler landed FAR more than 5-6 body punches in the first 5-6 rounds. You want me to upload a video from the first 5-6 rounds counting all the body shots that he landed?? And a lot of Frochs punches went to Kessler's guard.. You really need to watch the fight again. Kesslers bodypunching showed to be very effective.. even Froch said so himself.

Basically, Kessler's supporters claim his 'body work' in the first 5 rounds was enough to overcome Froch's superior jab, defense and right hand bombs.

Froch could easily have been awarded the first 5 rounds of that fight. Easily.

Bar the 8th, Froch wasn't bothered about Kessler in the fight and had him thrown like a rag doll in parts of the 9th, 10th and 11th.

Even the supposedly 'clear' Kessler rounds in 6 and 7 aren't even that decisive!

I'll stay tuned to my 60fps Hi-Def version of the fight though.

Y'all are going to make me have to watch this again. I really got the sense that this was a pretty even fight so I don't see any problem with anyone arguing that Froch may have won it by a point but maybe things will change when I watch it again.

The first 4 rounds where Kessler's. Maybe one for Froch.

Whatever. They found the right winner in a great close fight. I understand your feelings, but this fight was never a robbery as well as Froch's over Dirrell's wasn't either IMO.

You should be very proud of your man. He fought one hell of a fight and he'll learn his lesson I'm sure. To my knowledge Froch fought the best fight so far of his career. At some points he was even having succes with his jab and who would have thought that before? He also was a true gentleman in and out of the ring. Major props to Froch from me for sure.

Kessler was hitting Frochs body a lot. Froch did hit him with some good jabs and a couple of right hands, no doubt, but a lot of his punches also hit Kesslers guard.
Both fighters were hitting air alot of the time, but Kessler was the aggressor and threw more successfull combos overall.

I'm sure the majority of the people, not just from Denmark, agrees with the fact that Kessler won this fight. Scorecards was bull****, indeed! But Kessler still won.

Kessler won the fight...rawlings commentary was very biased on primetime when he was calling shot for shot especially late in the fight, you would expect this but you shouldn't let it effect the way you score, kessler was landing a lot more like in the 11th if you watch that without sound froch has a good 30 seconds in the round where he lands 1 or 2 big shots, but kessler is landing clean punches throughout.

Kessler was just more consistent, he was hurting froch pretty bad with those straight rights and jabs to the body, kessler was controlling the ring. It was close but I had it 7-5 kessler, you could call it 6-5-1 but I don't like even rounds, the most I could see for froch was maybe a draw. Froch did good work with his jab but many were grazing contact, some were good but I thought the battle of the jab was even, kesslers were more snappy. Froch didn't to enough in my opinion as mcracken reiterated.

About the belt thing as well, quite often the people in the ring know the decision before it is announced to the crowd, that is pretty normal...rookie!!

                  This is a serious issue.

No way in a month of Sunday's were the first 4 rounds Kessler's. That's almost unbelievable you've said that. Froch takes at least 4 out of the first 5 rounds and it's not really debatable... better boxing and far better landed shots than Kessler who was already becomes frustrated at the end of the 5th.

This fight really isn't actually that close. Froch has it by a few points, this is a really bad robbery - stealing a champions belt with a corrupt decision is a disgrace.
