Is Angulo too big for 154? Did he struggle to make weight?

He was 2 hours or so late for the weigh-in I think I heard HBO say. He says it was because of traffic, but I think thats bull**** in my opinion and HBO announcers kind of hinted at it being bull****.

Baldomir's foot work is much better then Angulo's, I can say that much. Angulo's feet are too close together, he sucks at cutting off the ring.
