Manny wanted the 10-million dollars per ounce over the weight limit. Floyd agreed to it.

Floyd wanted random blood testing up until the fight. When Manny's people said no, he backed off and gave them the two week window as an ultimatum. Team Pac still said no, man.

2nd, floyd jr. NEVER HAD PROBLEMS MAKING THE WEIGHT on any of his fights. In fact, he could have easily made weight for his fight with marquez, but for some reason, decided to do the cowardly thing and went beyond their agreed weight in spite of the odds already overwhelmingly in HIS favor. So it was not an impossible requirement for floyd jr. to achieve. The stipulation was only made to prevent him from repeating his weight shanegan.

Manny's people also backed off in the blood stipulation which many floyd fans tend to forget. They originally demanded the test up to 30 days before the fight and then they backed up and requested only 24 days before the fight.

What most floyd fans simply don't realize is that Floyd's 14 day window is a 14 DAY WINDOW TO JUICE UP.

According to BALCO, they only need 24 HOURS TO HIDE DRUGS IN THE SYSTEM. In other words, if Manny really was cheating, he would have simply jumped at the 14 day CHEATING window floyd jr. gave him.

He could have easily trained for close to TWO WEEKS JUICED UP and then stop taking the drugs 24 hours before the fight where the drugs would then be hidden in his system and he'd have the benefit of training with HGH in his system.

People also forget that Manny was agreeable to random URINE testing up to the day of the fight which would have made it impossible for him to take PEDS and the only opportunity he had was to take HGH which in itself also has questionable benefits for boxers.
