The more I listen to Brother Naz, the more he sounds like.

He reminds me of the guys I know that's been locked up. I don't know if he's ever been to the pen, but it just reminds me of that.
Don't get me wrong, I'm entertained by the dude, he seems to know the sport well. But I'm well aware of the double talk and slickness, been around it my whole life.

I see guys on here being totally ****** in, hanging there hats on the way he speaks. I'll admit its cool, but that's about it. But in all, he's only doing it for hype.
Trust me, he's seen how people reacted to his "swim without gettin wet" phrase. And have you noticed, he seems to be reaching for sound bites whenever the camera is on him now?

I like Naz, I'm just not gonna let him have the pin to my Visa. I guess you just gotta know the types, you have to had been around it to understand it.
Naz I believe is a good man, but when you start trying to speak for a race "Floyds behavior is embarassing" now you're going too far with that brother bro shyt. Cause to me and everybody I know, he's just hyping the fight. He's not a representative of the race.

His comments about the Pac thing, that's what told me Naz is a con man. First he was suspect of Pac not wanting to take the test. Now that the cameras are on him, he wants to let all the people watching know "Shane will fight Pac without a drug test" (why?) Because Naz gets a cut of that payday if it happens...
Naz seems too smart to be dumb, he knows what he's doing. And Shane also, I see how he makes it seem that the testing is too much. Giving the impression that its a bother, "but its good for the sport" had to throw that in to make it look good.

In all, Naz knows what he's doing. And trust me, Naz is looking to cash checks. Just like everybody in boxing. I'm not fooled, I'm just entertained as you all should be.
I know 90% of the guys pumping there fist and beating the Brother Naz drum wanna see Floyd get Marg'd, but let's keep it basic. Shane has a punchers chance and we all know it, just like any fighter that faces any fighter (its the hope that he lands that you hope for).

Naz is good, he's a good trainer, but let's be real when we talk about talking. That's all it is is talk.

Yeah he did 2 or 3 years in prison when he was about 20 or so, I believe.

yea I know, but I wanted to stress the fact I wasn't taking anything away from Naz. I just don't buy it all as gospel.

Hmmm, that's interesting. I still love the guy because I love a good soundbite, but I see what your mean. But honestly, I don't give a **** if he's hustling everyone because he's still very charismatic and entertaining.

              6-3,

This is a re-post from another thread....

Here is what I have seen on HBO's Mayweather Mosley 24/7:

              Camp A: profane
              Camp B: profane

              Camp A: ex-convicts
              Camp B: ex-convicts

Camp A: proclaiming they're the best
Camp B: proclaiming they're the best

Camp A: realizing that they are gutter dudes
Camp B: pretending that they are lords of the manor

TS, yeah he sounds like those jail house con men to me. I remember when I was locked up and we had the prisoners in church preaching and some of them were so real but all the dudes who really knew, never even payed attention. They were like "yeah, I hear that same **** all the time". Meanwhile, the prisoners would leave on work release and be selling drugs while there out. Then come back in preaching in church. **** was so funny.
