Mayweather: "I Don't care about Legacy"

Mayweathers comments on 24/7 just proves again how this guy needs to just STFU!

If he only cares about cashing checks, and not his Legacy, then why all the bitchin about why other fighters are getting more respect than he is. Claiming to be the #1 P4P, the face of Boxing, the saviour to clean up the sport, and on and on etc.

Comments he makes about other fighters "greatness" and him being the "Best of all time"..Who cares if your just in it for the checks and not the Legacy..

STFU and fight, cash your check, and the legacy business will be handled by the fighters who truly love this sport.

Its funny how his nut huggers follow his every word but ignore the fact he takes the piss out these people by saying he doesnt care about their opinions or any boxing fans. ***** fans are the type of fans who would become a prision *****, saying yes regardless of what they were doing

It's a character man.. you don't make money and big fights acting like Chad Dawson/Paul Williams. Ofc he cares about his legacy just listening to his Uncle you can tell they all care deeply about that kind of stuff/Boxing history..

Just look at the WWF/WWE which he even appeared in this big over the top characters = money..

I could be wrong he maybe a total **** in real life but i just don't buy it

I understand what your saying, The Hero and the Villain works all the time, and i do think Floyd can sell a fight. Although, IMO, his legacy to the sport will always be his mouth. Promotion or not, i think he should show more respect to the sport. I don't see it with allot of his comments.

Im a huge fan of his but i agree unless he gets 2-3 more big wins vs the likes of Mosley/Pac/maybe someone at 154 etc.
