That's all somebody had to admit instead of trying to re-write history.

J-Ro, you KNOW how much i respect you as a poster. But you are buying into Naaz' dogmatic BS and gift of gab.

Resume.... let me see his CV.
What resume do you want to see? What knowledge he has? How he discovered Tito handwraps were illegally wrapped in NYSAC? How Shane looked **** against Mayorga with Jack in his corner but against Marg he looks brilliant with Naz in his corner? How he found Marg wraps? How he was Hopkins trainer when nobody would give him a chance against Pavlik?

And, I know you going to cut this post in parts. Because, that is what you do and is your style. So I am just going to end it like this... You right, Naz resume is garbage because he is training a fighter that is going against Jr and because he said something negative about Jr and something positive about Pac...

There are ways to train these attributes that are not similar "in principle". A track athlete may perform heavy sets of low-rep squats, cleans, snatches to improve explosiveness and reaction time. A boxer, on the other hand, typically uses high reps on the speed bag, pads, double end bag, etc. to improve these skills. These methods are not the same or even similar "in principle". Get your facts straight before calling every one else out on theirs.

Training explosion and training reaction time is not the same.

Reaction time is reacting to the gun. That is similar to seeing a punch coming and reacting.

You are clearly confusing what "explosion" is and what 'reaction time' is.

...which doesn't surprise me at all.

Do some research before you spout off. Cleans and snatches improve reaction time and explosiveness. There are numerous studies (pubmed, but I'm sure you're not interested in facts, just discrediting others when you clearly don't know ****-all) supporting this which can be easily accessed. BTW what type of movement are fast twitch muscles responsible for? Could it be the type that is rapid and powerful almost like an explosion?

Nobody is talking about theregularity of interval of the towel snaps. i'm talking about the expected reaction time from when the towel is released to when Shane has to duck.

If you see a car coming at 15 miles per hour, does it challenge your reflexes and reaction time the same way as if the car was coming at 60 mph?

whatever. ur basically sayin you know better than an elite trainer that is probably twice ur age.

Explosiveness. And. Reaction. Time. Are. Not. The. same. Thing. You. Ignoramus.

In the instance of boxing, we are talking about visual or auditory reaction time.

you can keep saying "do some research" like a Tourette's patient. It won't change the facts. Slowly waving a towel is not going to train/improve your reaction time.

Yes. I am saying that I know that slowly waving a towel isn't training reaction time. Better than Naazim Richardson.

If that makes your ***** sandy, so be it.
