Cotto basically quit, someone who gets ko'd still trying to win the fight gets more respect than a quitter.

well lets see keep getting hit with bricks and maybe lose your career or live to fight another day. And atleast cotto keeps himself in shape I mean seriously look at hatton when he isn't training he's a damn disgrace the hitman lol please leave that name to hearns your no hitman. Hey maybe he should retire and take a stab at competative eating he looks like he could be a contender lol

But cotto didn't sleep and didn't dissapoint his country that night unlike ricky did. Basically hatton fans your boy is whack and at 140 or at 147 he gets beat by cotto. There is only onnnnnnnnne ricky hatton what a catchy tune atleast you guys can make a song that is longer then the hatton pacquiao fight.
i am an Englishman and i agree with you, i always knew Hatton was a KO waiting to happen. i once bet heavily that 40yr old Vince Phillips would KO Hatton and he very nearly came up trumps in the 4th round but Hatton survived and won the fight, i waited my time and bet heavily on Floyd to KO him which recouped my money plus a little extra, when Hatton signed to fight Pacquiao i plunged on Pacquiao to win via KO any round at odds of 2/1 the fight went just how i thought it would go.

thankyou atleast you could see his flaws in his style aka leading with your head style. He was and still is a ko to happen everytime. I mean don't get me wrong I like him as a person and once met him at the boxing hall of fame he was a very nice person. But as a fighter I just never saw it, "he did give it his all though in the ring" i will say that about him

hatton wasnt a great fighter but he accomplished way more then any club fighter could imagine he deserves respect for what he did accomplish and even though his lack of skill prevented him from beating the top fighters in or around his weight class he still had a few solid wins and came to fight every time he stepped in the ring
