Sorry mate but Froch would never have beaten Calzaghe he just isn't good enough. Calzaghe wouldn't fight him, he would box & move & beat him on points. Look at Froch's last 3 fights, getting a boxing lesson before he ko'd a finished Taylor, very lucky to get the nod in his next fight & gets beat by a guy who is on the slide on Saturday. Froch is a right hard bastard alright, but not as good as people think he is. Fact.

Why do the haters forget Calzaghes good wins like Kessler, Lacy, Eubank, Bika, Woodhall, Mitchell, Reid, and Sheika. The haters just bring up the worst wins like Manfredo.

Hasn't Calzaghe beaten like 7-8 former champions? How many boxers can say that? He also defended his belt like 23 times or so and set a record at super-middle weight. You say it was against bums? Bums don't become champions once at life like the 7-8 former champions he beat. Yes, there's more belts now adays but don't pretend its an easy task to win a belt!

He won't he'll just bring up the fact Kessler was a close fight and could have gone either way. He is already saying that we all judge fights differently and will see what we want to see.

I don't think froch ever came close to matching calzaghe, and is not on his level. Froch has been in with good competition recently but people have a short memory when it comes to calzaghe he beat some good names over those 20 title defences, obviously there is some poor one's and he gets a lot of stick for that but eubank, reid, mitchell, woodhall, brewer, bika, lacy, kessler are good wins and were all reigning or former world champs, you not only have to consider the names but the performances. Apart from reid they were all above what people expected before the fight. Hopkins was still top p4p before and after his fight with calzaghe, and to be honest whether you thought he won or lost, calzaghe and taylor are the only fighters who have really competed with hopkins in over a decade.

Calzaghe ducked Froch and gave the public some Joke fights. Dont forget when Calzaghe could have faced Froch he chose Sakio Bika, The Mighty Evans Ashira, Peter " Lost to a Welterweight " Manfreeeeeeeeeedo. Then moved up when Frochy was his mandatory to fight a couple of Pensioners.
Froch fights for Pride and avoids No-One Calz spent his whole Career fighting Bums, Blown up light Middles and Old Men.

BTW he lost to Robin Reid IMO. Froch KOd Reid.????????????

Calzaghe Career apart from a handfull of fights is an insult to fans buying tickets.
sakio bika would probably give Froch a good fight. i'd like to see that fight actually

Evans Ashira???? WTF. He should not have been allowed to fight for a belt two weight classes above normal. Froch was British and Commonweath Champion at the Time, Ashira was a Bum from 2 Divs below.

froch knocked out robin reid who i and many others thought beat calzaghe. froch-kessler was a closer fight than reid-calzaghe to me and kessler is a much better fight than reid was in his prime.

bute also knocked out salem in his very next fight after he almost ko'd calzaghe.
