Good pictures, Adamek won me points Arreola showed his heart again though. Arreola probably really does need to start living a healthier life-style if he wants to be the first Mexican Heavyweight.
He was in better shape for this fight then some of his previous fights, but he needs to cut the pounds. Might want to be 240-230. Not sure if he really wants to go that low, maybe he fears of losing punch-resistance even though I think he would be faster and overall better at some things. -

Arreola needs to realize he needs to be in shape to compete with the top competition. He's relying on his power too much. Haven't seen the fight yet (watching tonight on dvr), but my guess is he thought Adamek wouldnt be able to take his punches.
