Adamek fought a smart fight and frustrated Arreola who is used to big cement footed HWs with little to no head or foot movement. Arreola is a blob....but I will give him credit for slimming down a lil bit. People say he's not in shape but he just went 2 straight championship fights without totally gassing out. I think he is in desperate need of a new trainer and a conditioning coach to tighten up his sloppy body.

Adamek is the man. I'd like to see a rematch down the line if Arreola ever gets his **** together (I'm still a fan though).

In my opinion Adamek still has a potential to grow

at 217 he is lean and does not look pumped. I think if he hit the weights and put additional 10-15 lbs of lean muscle he'll be a much bigger force in the devision.

Nah! neither could ever be a threat to wlad. arreola's too slow and doesn't hit hard enough and Adamek's too small and doesn't hit hard enough!

Adamek vs either Povetkin,Haye or Wlad would be interesting fights to watch if they go down since this guy has already made his mark so far in the Heavyweight Division

I don't think Arreola is out of shape he's just overfat. If he'd drop about 20 or 30 pounds of fat it would allow him to move around the ring better and punch quicker. Too bad he doesn't have the discipline to push away from the table.
