Cotto sounds like he's having trouble making 140 now and wants to move up soon. I'd like to see him fight Viv Harris or the winner of Gatti/Mayweather and then move up.

Cotto is not even good. Hes fought nobodies and weak ass Chop Chop rocked his ass althought he was 20 pounds lighter than Cotto. Cotto is still young and he can improve but if thats all he has he would die against big name opponents.

Well DLH isnt a push over, he was a monster at the lighter weights, argueably Mexicos greatest fighter ever, we were disscusing Harris, how the conversation moved on to DLH is beyound me, but if Cotto wins DLH would go from half Mexican, to 100% pure American, in one day.

well the only thing I can say is can DLH make 147. If he does Cotto isnt gonna fight him he has other business to take care of at 140.His power doesnt look to impressive at 140 why in the world would he fight bigger guys. His good work rate and conditioning get him by. He is good fighter but not in Trinidads league at all.

You missed my point, why be surprised about your boy Cotto calling out the biggest cash cow in the sport every fighter within 15 pounds has been calling Oscar out for years, my initial post simply referrred to your shock.

yeah i feel you but, 1st Cotto was 20 pounds heavier than Corley on the night of the fight 2nd Corley had to come up in weight for some reason. 3rd Corley didnt rock Mayweather as bad as Cotto got rocked (Cotto did the thriller dance, funniest thing ive seen in a fight in quite a while) Also Corley is not known for having a powerful punch. Corley also caught Mayweather flush a few times but Mayweather took it good.
