I mean the guys may as well not fight, Whoever's the hometown fighter may as well just be awarded victory, seeing as clearly the away fighter has everything against him, and will NEVER be allowed to win.

First up we had Abraham vs Taylor, where Abrahams elbows Ko'd Taylor, while the ref stood idally by. When Taylor was knocked down in the 12th, the Ref didn't even give Taylor a chance to get up, and didn't count all the way to 10, even though Taylor was still throwing punches and still had a chance to be competetive.

Then we had, or rather were subjected to Froch vs Dirrell. This was a strange contest in that it seemed to be between a "dancing with the stars" contestant and a drunken blind man. Less said the better

Next up was Ward vs Kessler, in which the hometown fighter was allowed to use any means to win the fight, head, elbows, anything goes. I'm surprised the referee didn't offer to hold kesslers arms while Ward hit him.

Next was Dirrell vs Abraham, when the brave Armenian was disqualified for hitting his opponent too hard. W.T.F

and then today we have Froch vs Kessler, a good fight, which ended in nonsensical fashion with Kessler being inexplicably handed the victory by the trio of corrupt beaurac**** at the side of the ring. Perhaps they felt sorry for Kessler, knowing that he wouldn't be going home to this

I won't be watching the next fight, Ward vs Green. Ward is the home fighter, so presumably Green will have to fight handcuffed or some such nonsense
    yes
    you are right
let's make Ward the champion right now, he is supposed to have all his fights at home
GIVE HIM THE ****ING TROPHY RIGHT NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your'e definetly right about the hometown thing, Honestly I thought it was good that each fighter gets to fight in front of their hometown fans but now I see the flaws. Ward-Kessler was a prime example of why it wouldnt work, Ward was basically allowed to do whatever he wanted, He butted Kessler so many times it was ridiculous, I couldnt believe it. The referee didnt even warn him. Sometimes you might think Ward is just the better fighter but now I think about it....I dont think Ward wouldve beaten Kessler in Dennmark.

Froch-Kessler.......I knew Froch wouldnt have got the decision.

It is abit of a farce.

I reckon from now on they should just have all the fights in America. It's basically as neutral a venue as you can get, Before people complain. We know all of the big fights are in America anyway, I just hope next time they don't allow Ward to do what he did to Kessler to someone else.

The whole thing is abit flawed....

Good post Earl, I feel the same way, the fights should be made in Tunisia and/or New Zealand

That's why everyone should just pull off an AA and go for the knock-out, even at the cost of disqualification.
Don't let it go to the scorecards that have already been filled in before the fight.

Boxing finally starts to do something right, and there's still people bitching about it.....and just where should we have these "neutral sites"?...boxing is a business, they need to make these fights in places that will sell

The moment the Announcer said "we have a unanimous Decision" I knew it was going to be a f#cking robbery.

Actually I knew it after the 9th or 10th minute of deliberation between judges. Why so much talking? Just turn in your damn score cards and announce the winner.

I cant believe Froch lost his 0 over this bull****.

Hey Roger, why don't we subtract some points from his side and add them here?
But we don't want to make it look to su****ious, let's only have a 6 point difference, 10 is too much. Froch did throw some punches you know.

With that being said, I don't think it was a robbery. The fight was close enough for it to go to the hometown fighter. That's why all fighters should be required to win by KO. Just eliminate the other guy before the judges eliminate you.
