It's going to be so embarassing if Khan has a hard time with Paulie after talking all that trash. Any thing less than a dominating effort is going to be scrutinized. Hopefully there will be no excuses about facing Alexander if he makes it past Paulie.

If its good for the goose, its good for the gander.
Its trash talk, most boxers do it. Froch started it, so Khan is just firing back.
God there are some right idiots on these boards.

A bad ass like Froch has earned the right to talk a little trash. A nancy boy like Khan who runs away from Maidana and gets KTFO by prescott hasn't. Khans resume is the weakest ever for a fighter as hyped as he is. He will get destroyed by Bradley or Alexander. Hell even guys not holding belts at JW are probably better than him. I think Peterson, Campbell, and Judah wup that behind right now. The toughest test for him is the majic man come on? Shut up Khan.

Froch lambasted Khan when he lost, Khan was just doing the same.

Bit underhand, but I can understand him doin it. Think he apologised.

Anyway, I do like Khan and appreciate his skills. A lot of fans are rushing him. The same rushing fans cut short Fernando Vargas's career- he got thrown in with a lion, Tito Trinidad, in only his 21st pro fight and the ensuing WAR definitely took a couple years off his career. Khan is only 22 years old, I believe. He's fighting Malignaggi, who is a name fighter who has mixed it with the absolute best and the fight will be a good gauge of how good Khan is. It will get him confidence. I'm sure we'll see fights with Bradley, Alexander etc down the road.

                    I wholeheartedly agree.

Regardless if Froch initiated the talk or not, I think he's earned the right to be a little critical of Khan. Froch arguably right now has faced the best run of boxers, and he's only lost once which is amazing considering his limited skills. He's earned the right to be critical of Khan imo. Khan on the other hand doesn't have the resume to cast stones just in my opinion.

Khan's still young though, so its no rush, but he needs to majorly up his competition after Malignaggi.
