Kessler was very rusty and his skills had eroded significantly since the Calzaghe fight. He was basically rushed in to the tournament,

Add to that, the crooked referee letting Ward get away with countless intentional headbutts, excessive clinching and low-blows. Ward is not that accomplished. There's still plenty more to find out about him.

Sure I think he is, but in boxing - and this tournament - anything can happen. I didn't think Hatton and Cotto would get brutalised by Pacquiao, or that Urango would get KTFO by Alexander. I think this year will provide even more shockers than '09.
