    It meant that they are shedding the muscle from his upper body, so they can add more muscle to his lower body without making it harder to make weight.

    A really good move IMO. Leg strength has something to do with how you you are able to absorb a punch in the long and possibly the short run. More than chest, arms, and possibly shoulders. History might be able to back me up in that (Tua, McCall, Pacquiao, etc.).

      Khans a good talented fighter but if he was in a tournament it would be hard for him to avoid big punchers for 2 or 3 fights in a row. There's a reason they didn't want to put him against Maidana yet
