Did Andre Ward Bring Out The Best In Kessler Against Froch?

Floyd always talks about guys he beat who went on to do better things, Ward has a case for that too, with Kessler getting another belt, thoughts....

That fight had Kessler up against the wall since he pretty much went from favourite to beaten fighter who had to win in order to proceed in the tourney. Ward clearly won that fight even though I don't agree with some of his methods. It did bring out the best in Kessler for this fight, yes.

Froch is a good fighter but Ward is just better IMO. More intelligent, faster, and with many more dimensions than Froch. Also the headbutts really hurt Kessler against Ward. And Kessler fighting in front of his fans surely helped him against Froch.

I don't think Kessler was any better against Froch than Ward. Same Kessler, different opponent and circumstances.

Nope, he improved but still isn't as good as he was before Calzaghe schooled him.
