As far as Roach's statement on Khan being faster. He's saying that because Khan is his "flavor of the month" so to speak. He's preparing Khan for his big debut. He has a young guy and boosting up his fragile ego is the way to go !!
You don't have to be a world-class trainer to figure out who is faster. I've personally been to WCG when PAC was training and Khan(not at the same time) and I'd say PAC is definitely has the faster footspeed. While the handspeed is close, but I'd give the edge to PAC.
