i watch a lot of fights and study styles.
hatton always came in face first and lacked defensive fundamentals, i knew he was going to catch too many punches.
plus, before he never moved up in weight well with his previous fights

I don't buy this at all. Mosely went to war with almost the best Cotto I have seen for the full 12 and was the agressor in the last rounds, unhurt and unphased.
Everyone knows Floyd punches like a girl. I mean he couldn't even stop Marquez (and no I don't want to hear it was a 'tune up' or a 'sparring session' - if you are in a boxing match and you can stop it: you do).

It may be like Gatti round 6, Hatton round 8, or Marquez round 11. When Floyd gets into a zone, he does become an offensive juggernaut. And even without a KD, he can still get 10-8 rounds.
Secondly, Shane has scar tissue on his face, and has appeared to puff up as late. May is the most accurate, and Floyd's opponents do generally bleed and swell.
