Anyone who thinks Wlad is the same fighter he was back when he first fought Peter is delusional. Manny has taught Wlad to be a virtually unbeatable fighter (over 6 years now without a loss). Wlad will execute Haye in a brutal fashion.

What is a pizza face anyway? Someone show me a picture of what one looks like because Im confused....
Wlad is a better defensive fighter than Vitali since working with Manny for so long now ... but Vitali can take the toughest shots and not even flinch. Each presents different, difficult problems for Davey Hayte.

Haye is faster than Chambers, hits infinitely harder.
He's not much faster; he's less skilled than Chambers and his defence is less tight; and unless he manages to land cleanly (which Chambers never succeeded in doing), the fact that he hits much harder will be irrelevant. And you haven't addressed my main point that he couldn't even dodge or block Ruiz's jab, so where's the evidence that he'll be able to get past Wlad's? Wlad's jab stands comparison with that of ATGs like Holmes and Liston. Haye has never faced a jab remotely as fast, powerful and accurate as Wlad's, and the first heavyweight he faced who had a fairly good jab was able to land it almost at will.

That's like saying that because Torrecampo, Singsurat and a past prime Morales beat Pacquiao, and Sanchez drew with him, he had no chance of beating Hatton (which Hatton did say, and it made him look ******). Wlad is a completely different fighter now, and is far more difficult to catch cleanly - which I also pointed out in my previous post, but you didn't respond to that point either.

Cosign. While the Ruiz fight was infinitely more watchable than the Valuev, it definitely exposed Haye's overall lack of defense, especially to the jab. I hear Wlad has a decent one.

If Vitali links Haye to that Lewis loss Haye wont even last a full round!
