Is it really possible to teach an old dog new tricks? With all the buzz about Naz Richardson in Mosely's corner and how effective he will be come fight night, does it matter at this point so late in a fighters career? Could Richardson make Hatton a better fighter? Could Steward change the way Bernard Hopkins fights? Thoughts, Please..

It takes a very special fighter to change styles late in their careers, very few have done it.
I think DLH and Pacquaio come to mind, especially Pacman. What he did as far as changing his style later in his career, becoming more of a boxer with angles and using the right hand that much more was truly impressive. Put it on Roach if you want but I also think the fighter has to be able to adapt and accept change late in their career and that's tough for most. -
You can teach them in the gym... but once the fight starts they usually go back to what they know.Comment

lol usually when the youth and skill is dimenished, they run of pride and heart. Speaking of which, Coto and Steward in the pic, I think steward might **** him up. Cotto is a combo puncher steward has the heavywieght, "use your size and jab to set up with the bomb right hand" style of training. Ex: Hearns, Lewis, Klitscho, Taylor.. all in diferent wieghts same strategyComment

True. Joe Santiago wasn't the guy for the job in cotto's last fight. He did ok given the circumstances but cotto could have done better. A lot of ppl don't give credit to Manny's adjusment skills. He switched it up after the 1st round in the fight and cotto was the one that couldnt adjust. Great fight thoComment
